PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a print management information file for designating a picture to be printed is transmitted to a third party (external apparatus) to automatically print the picture, using this management information file, but a user has to separately transmit the picture to be printed itself to the third party. SOLUTION: When a user selects a print management information file 103 as a file to be transmitted, a system control means 105 automatically selects also a picture (picture file 102) that the information file 103 indicates as an object to be printed, outputs the picture to a communicating means 107, and transmits it to outside from this means 107.
