PURPOSE: An HDR(High Data Rate) system having a voice transmission function is provided to enable a user to use not only a data communication and but a voice communication through an exclusive HDR terminal by designing a communication system for supporting not only a data communication but a voice transmission with respect to the exclusive HDR terminal. CONSTITUTION: An HDR terminal(210) stores a voice support protocol. An HDR connection point(220) controls a data transmission/receipt to the HDR terminal(210). A router(230) refers to a packet address requested from the HDR connection point(220) and transmits data to a corresponding path. An HDR server(240) performs functions as a charge, a certification, an address change, and an address allocation of the HDR terminal(210). A voice data processing unit(260) supports a data format conversion and performs a conversion as an address between different terminals. In addition, an Internet network(250) and a public switched telephone network(270) are provided. |
