摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rational fluid heating technology capable of making the reduction of noise and heating performance compatible in a fluid heating device of turbine pump type. SOLUTION: A heating pump 10 used in a cooling liquid circulation circuit of an air conditioning system for a vehicle consists of a housing 11, a rotor 20, etc. A stripper 15 partitioning a suction side and a discharge side is provided in the housing 11, and a plurality of blades 21 arranged at equal intervals are erected on both side faces of a rotor main body 24. As a result of the test for measuring noise and quantity of heat generation of cooling liquid (engine coolant) when the strippers 15 having various shapes are used, it is found that the stripper 15 is preferably constituted by vertical walls 15a, 15b and a stripper groove 16, and a thickness t1 of the stripper 15 is larger than an interval between the blades 21 to suppress the reduction of heating performance as much as possible and reduce noise.
