PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the number of accesses devided into respective clicked parts countable. SOLUTION: This access counting device is provided with a linking part for starting a linking process to a second screen linked from a part of a first screen at least, an access counting part for counting the number of accesses independently in each linked part, and an outputting part outputting the number of accesses counted by the access counting part.
