<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for giving a feel to the finger touching a touch panel display. SOLUTION: This device comprises a vertically movable weight to a display within the back part reverse to the display surface of the display. When a finger touches a virtual button displayed on the display surface of the display, the weight is moved upward at a speed of working a downward vertical inertial force as if depressing with the finger. The weight is mounted on the shaft of a motor with the center of gravity of the weight being off-centered from the shaft of the motor, and the inertial force is worked by the half rotation of the motor. This device is preferably loaded on a cellular phone or a portable device.</p> |
