PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing carbonated beverage by using medicinal herbal extract. The beverage gives a drinker cool and fresh feeling and contains pharmaceutical substances of medicinal herbal extract. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: adding medicinal herbs and liquefied carbonic acid(1), which is produced by Ca(HCO3) while passing carbon dioxide through continuously according to Ca(OH)2+CO2-CaCO3+H2O; heat-extracting medicinal herbs in water to obtain the medicinal herbal extract(2); mixing (1) and (2) in a ratio of 50%:45%; then adding natural flavoring agent(3) to the mixture.
