PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm water making plant excellent in practicability and durability which can get warm water by heating water favorably by solar heat without going wrong by the load of accumulated snow. SOLUTION: This is a warm water making plant which is annexed to the bottom of a metallic roof board 1 arranged aslant. This warm water making plant is provided with a plurality of warm water making bodies 3, each of which has water reserving space 2 within and heats the water reserved in this water reserving space 2 by solar heat thereby changing it into warm water, between rafters 4 juxtaposed under the metallic roof board 1 besides being under the above metallic roof board 1, and further is provided with a lead-in part 5, which introduces water into that water reserving space 2, at the upper edge of the above water reserving space 2, and is provided with a lead-out part 6, which leads out the warm water obtained in that water reserving space 2, at the lower edge.
