PURPOSE: Assembling process of a hydraulic valve for a brake is provided to improve working efficiency by assembling the hydraulic valve through the multiple process in a single assembly line. CONSTITUTION: A housing(21), a ball and a filter(23) are put on a jig of a shutter table to load parts(110). The shutter table loading parts is transferred, and the housing in the shutter table is picked up(120). The ball is placed in the lower part of an assembling apparatus by transferring the shutter table in picking up the housing(130). The ball is coned in the housing with moving the housing down in placing the ball in the lower part of the assembling apparatus(140). The ball and the housing are integrally picked up with negative pressure through a hole of the housing not to displace the ball in coning the ball in the housing(150). The filter including the spring is placed in the lower part of the assembling apparatus with transferring the shutter table in picking up the housing(160). The housing is assembled with the filter by moving the housing(170), and the lower part of the housing is pressed with a caulking finger of the assembling apparatus(180). Working efficiency and productivity are improved with simplifying the assembling process.
