PURPOSE: An Internet lottery ticket system using a random number generator is provided to make a user freely select a lottery ticket number on an Internet lottery ticket site, to draw a lottery in a constant time interval by using a natural random number generator and to relay the lottery draw scenes in real time in order to enable many users to watch the result. CONSTITUTION: The Internet lottery ticket system comprises the random number generator(101) transferring the lottery draw result to a master server(104) by repeatedly driving a case containing a dice as much as a cipher of the lottery number during a specific time and detecting a number of the dots appearing on the dice, a relay camera(102) transferring the image signal to the master server by picturing a top surface of the dice in order to confirm the dice, the master server outputting the control signal to the random number generator and transferring the winning number and the image signal to a game server, the game server(105A-C) managing the progress of a lottery ticket game by linking with the PCs(103A-C) connecting through the Internet and managing the history of the user and a database, and a common server(106) and a database server(108).
