IMPELLER CAPABLE OF CONTROLLING BUBBLE GENERATION IN WASTEWATER TREATMENT

PURPOSE: An impeller capable of controlling bubble generation in wastewater treatment is provided to control bubble generated by organics decomposition in thermal aerobic digestion process. By the impeller, overflow of bubble to the outside of reactor is prevented. CONSTITUTION: The impeller(1) is made from fibrous polyester, and weaved by twill-weave method for providing wider space among threads. So the impeller is softer. When the impeller is operated, the impeller is saturated with water of bubble. Therefore the impeller becomes rigid, and shear of the impeller is increased. Consequently bubble non-equipped with the impeller is also controlled by centrifugal force of the saturated impeller.
