<p>The positioner consists of temporary positioning implants (1) in two dimensions and a tubular positioning element (4) for the third dimension with a fixing (5) connecting it to a temporary implant in a predetermined axial position. It also has a coupling member (6) which fits over the positioning element (4) and has a surface for fixing to a guide (7) or a prosthesis. The inner surface of the positioning element engages with the proximal end of the temporary implant, and it has an inner thread (4a) and an axial stop (4b) for the threaded fixing (5).</p> |
