PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for holding or cutting an object article to be operated by the remote control or operated at a specified angle in a limited space (for example, inside of a human body). SOLUTION: This device has a hollow long size element and at least tow long size elements arranged inside of the hollow element at least at a part thereof and arranged in parallel with each other and respectively having a body part and an end part. When the constraining force in the lateral direction is not applied to the end part of the element, they can be separated for opening, and they can be moved toward each other for operation of the object article. The long size elements and the hollow long size element can be slid in the longitudinal direction in relation to each other, and at least one part of the element can be slid into the hollow long size element for put in/out, and a part of at least one of the elements is made of the material having the pseudo elasticity. |
