PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hermetically sealed bag for microwave oven cooking preventing the leakage of liquid content when relieving steam. SOLUTION: Both side edges 1a' and 1b' of a film are mutually joined together in a butt-state and laterally brought down to be held between an underlay platen 14 and a heat sealer 13 falling from above to apply a heat seal 17a of a high pressure steam relieving means and shoulder seals 17b and 17b to the film butted parts 1a' and 1b'. A gusset part 18 is formed to the loop- shaped folded-back part on the side of the bag bottom of the laminated film 1 separated from the film butted parts 1a' and 1b', two punched holes 1c and 1c are overlapped on a horizontal line passing a cut mark (m), and the side seal 21 on the side near to the film butted parts 1a' and 1b' is provided by a heat sealer 20 for side seal so as not to open the gusset part in a bag side part. Thereafter, the loop-shaped folded-back end edge on the bag opening side of the laminated film 1, is cut off by a cutter 22 for forming a bag opening to provide an opening 24 of a bag. |
