PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improvement of fire resistant properties and a strength by filling a melamine-formaldehyde resin or a carbonate resin into a vacant space of a specific direction granular flake board. SOLUTION: An injection vessel in which the specific direction granular flake board is put is made vacuum, and pressurized by injecting the melamine- formaldehyde resin or the carbonate resin. Excess melamine-formaldehyde resin or carbonate resin is discharged, and after making the injection vessel vacuum again, the specific direction granular flake board is taken out. After drying at room temperature, the injected melamine-formaldehyde resin or carbonate resin is hardened by heating by high frequency. Since openings of granular flake wood of the specific direction granular flake board naturally can not be bonded closely and many vacant spaces are left, those spaces are filled by the injected resin and the granular flake wood is hemmed in. Then, as the whole of the specific direction granular flake board, a strength of its structure is improved and further an effect of fire resistance is also improved.
