TWO-CYCLE ENGINE OIL COMPOSITION AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a two-cycle engine oil composition which is excellent in exhaust smoke performances and preventive performances of blocking of an exhaust system and causes no problem in lubricity of a crank shaft bearing, to provide its manufacturing method and a manufacturing method of a two-cycle engine oil composition which allows omission of an actual test using an engine. SOLUTION: The two-cycle engine oil composition comprises at least two kinds of base oils selected from the group consisting of mineral oils and synthetic oils and is prepared so that it has a quantity of heat of 1,000-2,500 J/g as measured from ordinary temperature to 590 deg.C by the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and a pyrolysis residue of 1-5 mass% at 400 deg.C as measured by the thermogravimetry(TG). The manufacturing method of the two-cycle engine composition is also provided.
