PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine information providing method and a system for detecting the using pattern and abnormal state of a washing machine online and improving the reliability and performance of the washing machine. SOLUTION: The system is constituted of a key input part provided on the washing machine with which a user performs key operations, a control part for generating and outputting operation control signals for controlling the washing machine by the operation of the key input part and processing data regarding the utilization breakdown and abnormal state of the washing machine, an operation drive part for instructing the drive of a washing tank and the supply/discharge of washing water correspondingly to the operation control signals of the control part, a communication part for supporting a communication function for transmitting/receiving the data processed in the control part to/from the outside through a communication network, a service provider connected to the communication part for gathering the data of the control part on the outside of the washing machine, comparing/analyzing them and generating control information for an optimum washing environment, and an output part for displaying the processing breakdown of the control part by the control information of the service provider at the washing machine so as to be recognized by the user. |
