PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain polyolefin multi-filaments for a filament wind type cartridge filter, to which a fiber-oiling agent is substantially not adhered, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide the filament wind type cartridge filter obtained from the multi-filaments. SOLUTION: The filament wind type multi-filaments for the cartridge filter comprise a polyolefin and are crimped with a fluid. The method for producing the filament wind type multi-filaments for the cartridge filter, comprises blowing a heated compressed fluid and the polyolefin multi-filaments on a card cloth drum from a jet nozzle to apply a crimping treatment to the multi-filaments, imparting a low temperature evaporable liquid, further imparting a low temperature evaporable fluid, before the crimped multi-filaments are wound up from the drum, and then winding up the multi-filaments. The filament wind type cartridge filter is obtained from the multi-filaments.
