PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stand an object upright by rotating it without causing slip nor producing impact force. SOLUTION: In this device, a support 2 with an object 1 placed thereon is connected at one end to the end of a rope 3a suspended from above the end of the object 1 and the rope 3a is pulled up to tilt the object 1. After the rope 3a has been pulled up to tilt the object 1, the rope 3a pulled up is appropriately returned to its original position without moving the position of a rope guide wheel 37a provided above the rope 3a suspended; the rope 3a below the rope guide wheel 37a is pulled sideways toward the object 1 whereby the object 1 is stood upright. |
