摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous solvent hybrid electrolyte ensuring freedom from liquid leakage, and allowing an easy application to a production process by applying the constitution that a synthetic resin micro-cellular film is used as a base material, and swollen by use of a nonaqueous solvent electrolyte containing dissolved metallic salt, after a molecule having an alkylene oxide principal chain is graft-polymerized with the film. SOLUTION: A molecule having an alkylene oxide principal chain is graft- polymerized with the PE microporous film of a base material. Also, mono-, di- or tri-acrylic ester is preferable as the oxyalkylene molecule, and the mixed use of two or more thereof is more preferable. As a result, a gel matrix is formed in the fine holes of the PE microporous film, and liquid leakage is prevented, with mechanical strength maintained. Thereafter, the base material is impregnated and swollen with an electrolyte made of lithium salt such as LiPF6 dissolved in a nonaqueous solvent such as ethylene carbonate, thereby providing a hybrid electrolyte for a nonaqueous solvent lithium battery ensuring freedom from liquid leakage, and having mechanical strength as well as high ion conductivity.
