PURPOSE: Provided are a process for reinforcing a small floor slab and an apparatus for the same to efficiently give tensile strength to each wires of a reinforcing apparatus even with a low hydraulic force and to resist loosing condition and to increase transverse force of buildings. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a girder and/or slab(10) constructing structures such as building, factory or bridge; an L shaped sectional steel(400) for supporting with a securing portion for a plurality of wires and attached by a bolt at bottom side of the slab or the girder; and a tension control component(300) to secure one ends of the wires(500) in a middle inside of the sectional steel and to move up and down the wires to vary elongation force applied to the wires. The control component comprises a center hinge fastener(310) to connect respective wires; multiple support bolts vertically coupled to bottom side of the sectional steel; and a fastener-movable component(350) by coupling the component to the support bolt.
