PURPOSE: To provide a two-way valve to change in a multistage manner a flow rate of fluid led out in a unit time through simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A first displacement mechanism 40a on the lower part side comprises a first piston 42a; a piston rod 44 displaced integrally with the first piston 42a; and a diaphragm 46 coupled to the piston rod 44. A second displacement mechanism 40b on the upper side has a second piston 42b provided with the piston rod 44 insertably along a through-hole 66. A displacement amount S1 of the first piston 42a and a displacement amount S2 of the second piston 42b are set to values different from each other.
