PURPOSE: A foaming mold device and a foaming method thereof are provided to reduce the working time and to save the manufacturing cost of a mold by fabricating an upper mold with resin and aluminum and a lower mold with aluminum and resin having a vacuum pipe therein. CONSTITUTION: A foaming mold device includes an upper mold(1) and a lower mold(2). The upper mold(1) includes an aluminum layer(3) and a resin layer(4) formed on a body. The lower mold(2) includes an aluminum layer(3) and a resin layer(4) formed on a body. A plurality of vacuum pipes(5) are accommodated in the aluminum layer(3) and the resin layer(4). The resin layer(4) is made of porous resin. A skin raw material(6) is pre-heated and mounted in the lower mold(2). Then, the skin raw material is subject to a vacuum forming process by using the vacuum pipe(5) accommodated in the lower mold(2). After injecting polyurethane onto the skin raw material(6), the upper mold is assembled to the lower mold. Then, a finished article is ejected from the foaming mold.
