PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouse pad, its making kit and a mouse pad making method which enable a user of a mouse pad to select by himself a pattern, colors or the like with which he can be satisfied, and to easily make an original mouse pad. SOLUTION: On the outside and inside of a seat member P, a film 4 having a heat-resistant strippable sheet 5 is applied to and abutted, and the film 4 on the both sides is subjected to thermocompression. Then, the heat-resistant strippable sheet 5 is stripped from the film 4 on the both sides to make a design sheet 1, which is affixed to a base sheet 10 to make the mouse pad.
