PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire the explanation for contents of an article which are the same as or more than those given by a salesman without hearing the explanation for the contents from the salesman. SOLUTION: This system has a system management part 1 having an article explanation contents database 15 storing explanation contents for explaining articles to customers as article explanation data and a terminal part 2 having a touch panel 21 which is installed so that a customer can operate it and makes it possible to specify an article to be explained and do various indicating operations and a data recording means 23 which is loaded with a recording medium that the customer carries and records data to the loaded recording medium in response to a recording start indicating operation. Then when the customer specifies an article through the touch panel 21, loads the recording medium that the customer carries in the data recording means 23, and makes the recording start indication, article explanation data corresponding to the article that the customer specifies are read out of the article explanation contents database 15 and recorded on the recording medium loaded in the data recording means 23. |
