SOLUTION: When a server 10 connected to the Internet N collects customer information from an arbitrary client 20 connected to the Internet N, the arbitrary client 20 accesses the server 10 based on commodity ID which is previously displayed on a present commodity or a serviced certificate by the means of printing or is given with the purchase of a virtual commodity and based on URL and lottery ID is obtained. At this time customer information is stored in a data base 18. A lottery processing part 14 performs lottery by a participation-type game for the user having lottery ID. |
