PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent irreversible deterioration and breakdown of an SI thyristor, by surely preventing a reverse current flowing in the SI thyristor. SOLUTION: A parallel part 14A, branched from a power feed line 16 for supplying a current to an SI thyristor, is provided on the thyristor side of a lead wire 14 connecting a diode 12 and SI thyristor 10 connected in reverse parallel manner to the SI thyristor 10, and this parallel part 14A is connected to the thyristor side through an annular magnetic substance 18.
