PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain even more excellent pedal operability together with longitudinal adjustment by improving the degree of freedom of the setting of a pedal rate characteristic in a longitudinal adjustable pedal device for vehicle. SOLUTION: A connection link 60 and a turning lever 62 are provided between an output member 28 and a rod 24, and the stepping operating force to a stepping part 20 is transmitted to the rod 24 from the output member 28 through the link 60 and the lever 62. The pedal rate characteristic to a stepping stroke can be easily changed by appropriately setting the posture, connection position, etc., of the lever 62, the degree of freedom of the setting of the pedal rate characteristic is improved and the pedal operability is drastically improved together with the longitudinal adjustment of the stepping part 20.
