PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone set which makes it easy to call a registered URL. SOLUTION: This portable telephone set with URL rearranging and setting function which has an Internet connecting function, a homepage browsing function, and a URL registering function, has an automatic URL rearranging and setting means for automatically rearranging and setting registered URLs. This automatic rearranging and setting means has a recording means which rearranges and records homepage titles corresponding to the registered URLs according to predetermined rearrangement order, a display means which displays the homepage titles of the URLs in the rearrangement order from the recording means, and a browsing means which browses homepages by specifying the homepage titles of the URLs from the display means.
