PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive thin film which enables achieving a microwave transmission device as a microwave transmission filter having a flat passing band characteristics and a small loss and a good suppression degree of signals out of band. SOLUTION: This superconductive thin film for microwave transmission device uses as a superconductor which is extended alkaline earth metal by putting YBa2Cu3Oy thin film, to which alkaline earth metal is added on YBa2Cu3 Oy thin film, on a substrate and by heating.
