PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that a lead wire for current supply to a heat generation resistor is peeled off/fallen off from the exothermic resistor by fusion and corrosion or the like of a solder. SOLUTION: A ceramic heater A has a heater main body 11 formed by embedding a heat generation resistor of tungsten or the like into a ceramic base material having alumina or the like as the main component, a flange member 12 installed at one end side of the heater main body 11, the lead wires 15, 15 which are connected with the heat generation resistor embedded in the heater main body 11 and which are to supply a current to the heat generation resistor, and stationary members 16, 16 to fix/retain the lead wires 15, 15 in removing impossible in the vicinity of a connecting part with the heat generation resistor.
