SOLUTION: An adhesive is applied onto an A face side 2 of a film 1a, a conductive wire 4 going and returning linearly is bonded to one side of the film 1a on a B side face 3, following to be covered with a film 1b, a detector circuit 6 is connected to an end part 5 of the conductive wire 4, and an electric power source circuit 7 and an alarm circuit 8 are connected to the detector circuit 6.
