SOLUTION: The information on a picture utility selected by a user is extracted from among a plurality of picture utilities which can be integrated into a driver (a step S501), and whether or not the selected picture utility is a picture utility with a copyright owned by a group such as another enterprise or an individual is judged (a step S502), and when the selected picture utility is a picture utility with a copyright owned by a group such as another enterprise or an individual (the step S502; Yes), whether or not the use permission of the picture utility is already acquired is judged (a step S503), and when the use permission is not acquired (the step S503; No), use permission contract procedure explanation or the like for acquiring the use permission is executed. |
