PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for storing used fluorescent fluid which is collected after coating the fluorescent fluid wherein no deposit accumulates at a bottom of a fluorescent fluid tank of the device. SOLUTION: This device comprises, the fluorescent fluid storing tank 1, a rotor 2, a driving motor 4, and a set of permanent magnets 5 which is disposed near an outside of a bottom of the fluorescent fluid storing tank 1 wherein the set of permanent magnets 5 is rotated by the driving motor 4 and the rotor 2 is rotated by magnetic force of the set of permanent magnets 5. The rotor 2 always stirs the fluorescent fluid to keep a uniformity of it, and keeps it to be ready for use.
