<p>An electric injection molding machine and a method of controlling the injection speed and injection pressure of the electric injection molding machine; the method capable of stably forming resin products without causing quality variation even if a working environment changes, comprising the steps of, when a resin material (3) in an injection cylinder (22) is injected and filled into metal molds (1, 2) by driving an injection screw (23) installed in the injection cylinder (22) by an electric motor (29A) in forward and backward directions, first filling the resin material (3) into the metal molds (1, 2) by the speed control of the electric motor (29A), refilling the resin corresponding to a reduced amount by the pressure control of the electric motor (29A) after the filling and, in the speed control, correcting the target speed value of the injection screw (23) according to a detected force value so that the target speed value of the injection screw (23) is reduced as the detected force value is increased to give a feedback control to the speed of the electric motor (29A) so as to set the detected speed value from the speed detection means to the target speed value.</p> |
