PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a credit settlement substituting server enabling settlement in a large number of stores only by registering with and joining a settlement substituting service institute regardless of settlement means specified by each store, and facilitating the purchase of commodities. SOLUTION: This credit settlement substituting server comprises a means for sending screen information demanding request input of credit payment and site selecting input to a client according to access from the client, a relay means for relaying a site screen of a creditor on the credit settlement according to the site selecting input from the client, and a transmitting means for transmitting a settlement number used for the credit settlement to the site screen according to the request input from the client. |
