PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mobile information terminals each to individualized in that each user of the mobile information terminals selects only its required information from items of information stored in a server system and stores the selected information to its own mobile information terminal so as to initialize the mobile information terminal. SOLUTION: The user of the mobile information terminal 35 selects only its required information among items of information stored in the server system 41 and stores the selected information to the mobile information terminal 35 to initialize or update the setting of the mobile information terminal 35. Then each of the mobile information terminals can be subjected to individualization.
