An X-ray detection unit (21) has a first fiber optical plate (41) and a second fiber optical plate (51). The light incidence surface (52) of the second fiber optical plate (51) is larger in area than the light incidence surface (42) of the first fiber optical plate (41). A scintillator (61) is formed on the light incidence surface (52) of the second fiber optical plate (51). A shielding sheet (71) is fixed to a fixed substrate (22) so as to shield a portion in front of, in an X-ray incident direction, of a bonding wire (34) and is formed with an opening (72) on the inner side of a portion in front of, in an X-ray incident direction, of a bonding wire (34). The first fiber optical plate (41) which can be inserted through the opening (72) is positioned with respect to a solid imaging element(31).
