HOT LIST MANAGING METHOD AND SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot list managing method and a system capable of using an accept number so that the hot list is effective even when user device identification information is not open to the public and efficiently renewing and managing the hot list. SOLUTION: The method comprises calculating a difference between the hot lists of a new and old versions when a hot list renewal event occurs and forming hot list renewal information based on the difference to be sent to a user device service provision managing system, in which the old version information of the hot list renewal information received is compared with version information retained and managed by the system to renew the hot list based upon the hot list renewal information in case they are the same or to form communication data including the version information in case they are different to be sent to a user device issue managing system.
