PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center cut processing system suppressing extension of processing time of the whole as short as possible in spite of existence of an added input data file in a prior input data file. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a storage means 4 of input data file group having a plurality of files allowing new storing of processing target data in addition to a plurality of processing target data already inputted, processing control means (AP broker) 3-1, 3-2 to select the input data files from the means 4 to prohibit references to the selected files by other processing control means except by itself and also to permit references to the files except the selected files and process performing means (AP processing server) 6-1, 6-2 to process the files in the means 4 responding to specifications of the files selected by the means 3-1, 3-2.
