PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that displays information on each monitor screen of a program monitor with high efficiency. SOLUTION: The system of this invention is provided with a PLC(Programmable Controller) 1, a program monitor 2 that displays information on monitor screens, and a communication management processing section 3 that is interposed between the PLC 1 and the program monitor 2 and stores a communication management table storing priority and monitor identifiers. The communication management processing section 3 makes communication with the program monitor 2 by using a frame as a data request that is generated by adding the monitor identification and an active flag denoting whether or not a monitor screen specified by the monitor identifier is active to communication data for monitor communication according to the priority in the communication management table, and makes communication with the PLC 1 by the communication data for monitor communication. The priority is obtained in response to prescribed information obtained by frame reception every time the frame is received from the program monitor 2.
