PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin a thickness using a timing belt. SOLUTION: In this article push-out device for an automatic vending machine 1, reciprocating motion of a pusher 12 is allowed using the timing belt 4, and the pusher 12 is reciprocated horizontally under the condition where a rotational direction of the timing belt 4 is restricted unidirectionally. A moving inversion means 13 is adopted to attain those hereinbefore by notifying that a large number of teeth 15, 17 for drive are formed inside the timing belt 4. A swing member 16 is provided in the inversion member 13 to be reciprocated horizontally together with the pusher 12 by bearing onto the pusher 12. The swing member 16 is arranged inside an inner space of the timing belt 4 in order to use effectively a space between an upper belt portion 4a and a lower belt portion 4b of the timing belt 4, and has upper teeth 16a and lower teeth 16b to be meshed to the timing belt 4.
