摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible power facility that can cope with diversification of loads, such as system voltage fluctuations, etc., by realizing electromagnetic equipment which changes reactance over a wide range, without using taps making changes in main magnetic path and main winding. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic equipment is constituted with an auxiliary magnetic path being formed by arranging E-shaped auxiliary cores 5a and 5b along a main core 3 through which the main magnetic fluxϕgenerated from an AC main winding 1 passes, and control windings 2a and 2b are wound around the pair of core window sections formed of the auxiliary cores 5a and 5b and a main core 3. Then the control windings 2a and 2b are connected in series, so that the induced voltages generated in the windings 2a and 2b by the main magnetic fluxϕcompensate each other, and a control circuit 6 is connected to the opened terminal sides of the windings. A counter magnetomotive force is generated with respect to the fluxϕby making a DC control current Ic to flow to the windings 2a and 2b, and generated leakage magnetic fluxes are focused and applied to the main magnetic path and guided to the auxiliary iron cores 5a and 5b working as side magnetic paths. Consequently, the reactance is continuously changed by continuously controlling the magnetic resistance of the passing magnetic path of the main magnetic fluxϕ.
