PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a sealing member inserted for the purpose of water-proofing to a housing side with a simple means, and surely prevent a falling-off of the sealing member without accompanying a large elevation of a cost. SOLUTION: This is equipped with an inner housing 14 made of synthetic resin to house a connecting terminal 12, an outer housing 20 made of synthetic resin wherein an insertion port 16 of the inner housing 14 is installed at an occlusion wall 20a, wherein the inner housing 14 side inserted into this insertion port 16 is surrounded by a prescribed space part S between the port, and wherein an outlet 18 is installed at the tip part, and the sealing member 22 inserted into the space part S. A retaining protrusion 30 is protrudingly installed from this sealing member 22 toward the occlusion wall 20a, and a through hole 32 to inset the retaining protrusion 30 into the occlusion wall 20a is installed, and the retaining protrusion 30 is inserted into this, and at least an exposed part 30a of the retaining protrusion 30 exposed from the through hole 32 is made to be covered with thermoplastic resin 34 from the outside of the occlusion wall 20a.
