PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a value to a vehicle by enabling the vehicle to supply a power for home use when it is running. SOLUTION: The hybrid vehicle 20 comprises a power source line 28 to which power is supplied respectively through a three-phase inverter 27 for a generator from a generator 26 driven by an engine 21, and from a main power source battery 29, and an electric motor 25 to which the power from the power source line is supplied through a three-phase inverter 30 for driving the motor to drive a wheel 24, in cooperation with the engine. The inverter for driving the motor functions as a three-phase inverter and supplies a three-phase power to the electric motor. The inverter also functions as a single-phase inverter and can supply power for home use to a power source receptacle 46.
