PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an input error and to easily perform retrieval operation by simplifying data registration work by an operator. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a detecting means 2 for detecting the location information of prepared data or data under preparation, an attribute registering means 1 for registering at least one attribute showing the class of the data and a table preparing means 3 for preparing a table by relating the location information and the attribute of the data.
