<p>A CGI script (53) is built in a Web file (HTML file (52)) including an edit area (54) specified by a specific tag, and a rewritable area (the edit area (54)) on a Web page (51) is selected in browser software (12), so that the CGI script (53) starts automatically. To update the Web page (51), the CGI script (53) executes the functions of authentication means (53a) for checking the update right for the author (1) of the Web file (HTML file (52)), read means (53b) for reading the edit area (54) after the authentication, input means (53c) for entering correction data in the read edit area (54), verification means (53d) for verifying the input correction data, and rewrite means (53e) for replacing the original data in the Web file (HTML file (52)) with the verified correction data.</p> |
