PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for evaluating a property value obtained by objectively considering affection that the good or bad of maintenance and the inclination and deviation of a practical use condition with respect to a design use condition give to the consumption of a facility on a real time basis on the production facility including a device during an operation and a device during an operation stop for business making the production facility into security. SOLUTION: A terminal server transmitting operation data on the production facility, which a customer obtaining a property evaluation operates, the server of a maintenance businessman, which manages maintenance data of the respective devices of the production facility and operates a remaining life and a remaining value by using operation data transmitted from the respective devices on a real time basis and the control server of an evaluation ranking service businessman, which operates the ranking of the production facility from the operation value, are mutually connected by a bi-directional communication means. The property value and the ranking of the production facility are operated by online and an advice is given to the customer. |
