PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which flattened powder used for electromagnetic wave absorbing material is manufactured through an attritor, a vibrating ball mill or the like, a method of flattening the magnetic powder is carried out through an attritor. A ball mill or the like, this flattening process is usually carried out in a wet processing manner so as to prevent ignition, wet-type flattening process powder is hardy softened due to the fact that the temperature of the powder hardly rises, and as a result, the power is decreased in impact energy and is hardly flattened. SOLUTION: A method manufacturing electromagnetic wave absorbing material powder is provided, in which the material powder is subjected to a dry flattening process and then directly dipped into a solvent for recovery. |
