PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic information guide system capable of providing minute traffic jam information with an inexpensive structure. SOLUTION: This guide system comprises an imaging device 11 and artificial satellite 12 for taking the static image or dynamic image of an intersection 1, an information terminal 13 used by a user, a traffic jam information service center 14, and a communication network 15 for connecting them. In the traffic jam information service center 14, the image data acquired from the imaging device 11 and artificial satellite 12 through the communication network 15 are processed, and the traffic jam state is analyzed to generate traffic jam information, and the traffic jam information is delivered to the information terminal 13 through the communication network 15. |
