PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery device for improving workability by surely separating a sucked thin plate and a separated thin plate. SOLUTION: In this delivery device for the thin plate constituted of a storing jig 2, a vacuum sucking machine, a suction head 1 and a compressed air jetting hole 6, the storing jig 2 has a pillar for holding the thin plate, the vacuum sucking machine sucks the thin plate laminated in a pillar-shaped by vacuum, the thin plate is curved by sucking a laminated state by a horizontal surface and a surface imparting a gradient to the sucked thin plate when one sheet of the surface is cut out and the sucked thin plate is stably separated and sucked.
